1. Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to operate the App, including:
- Account information (such as username)
- Location data used to determine proximity to nearby users
- App usage data required for core functionality
2. Location Data
Location data is used only to support proximity-based features, such as displaying nearby users.
Background location access is optional and user-controlled. When enabled, it allows users to remain visible to nearby users even when the App is not actively in use.
Location data is not used for:
- Advertising
- Analytics
- Profiling
- Sale to third parties
3. How We Use Data
We use collected data solely to:
- Enable nearby user discovery
- Maintain real-time proximity visibility when explicitly enabled
- Operate, maintain, and secure the App
4. Data Retention and Deletion
We do not retain personal data longer than necessary.
When a user deletes their account:
- All account information
- All location data
- All associated identifiers and presence data
are permanently deleted from our servers.
We do not retain, archive, or store deleted data in any form.
5. User Control
Users can:
- Enable or disable location access at any time
- Enable or disable background location features
- Permanently delete their account directly within the App
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties, except where required by law.
7. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect user data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
